At Zardex, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopzardex.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo or video evidence

Depending on the situation, customers may be offered:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Zardex reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item arrived defective or damaged

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost Packages

If tracking has shown no movement for 20 business days, please contact us. After review, eligible orders may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers may be asked to verify shipping details or contact the carrier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
